Fees as of January 1, 2026
Therapy (50 minute session) - $230.00/hour
Psychoeducational Assessment - $3055.00. 13.0 hours @ $235.00/hour. This fee reflects assessment of one clinical diagnosis. If a learning disability and ADHD diagnosis will involve an addition fee of $235.00 (1 additional hour of testing). All assessment require a 1 hour intake session, in-office testing 5 - 6 hours), and a feedback session. You will be provided with a detailed assessment report. Payment is broken down as follows: Intake session for all new clients: $352.50; $1410.00 due on the day of testing, and the remaining $1292.50 due on the feedback day.
Gifted Assessment - $1300.00 - $1500.00 depending on complexity
Intellectual/Developmental Disability Assessment - $1500.00 depending on complexity
Other services, such as completing forms, writing letters, attending school meetings, are billed at the assessment rate of $235.00/hour.
We do not do direct billing. Receipts are provided for clients to submit to their insurance companies.
We accept cash, cheque and e-transfer. We do not accept credit card payments.
